Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to the department of Joint and limb surgery of our hospital who are planning to undergo hip/knee surgery, regardless of their gender; 2.Age >=65 years old; 3.Frailty or early frailty; 4.Patients who sign an informed consent form and are willing to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Tumors, multiple injuries, cachexia, severe depression, severe allergies, patients who plan to undergo surgery on the other side of the hip or knee during the study period; 2.Suffer from severe heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases; 3.Patients who are bedridden for a long time/cannot take care of themselves, the patient cannot describe themselves, and the family members are not clear about the patient's relevant situation; 4.Patients who are participating in other clinical research.
