40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 40 to 90 years; 2.X-ray diagnosis of 1-2 vertebral compression fractures; 3.DEXA test BMD T value was less than -1; 4.A history of fractures lasting less than 6 weeks; 5.Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) could be performed, MRI showed bone marrow edema of injured segment; 6.There is lower back pain, local spinous tenderness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with posterior vertebral wall fracture; 2.Patients with intervertebral fissure; 3.Infection; 4.Malignancy; 5.Neurological dysfunction; 6.Previous use of anti-osteoporosis drugs; 7.Prior back surgery, and other established contraindications for elective surgery.
