Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.It is consistent with the diagnosis of multiple injuries, postoperative infection of general surgery and cerebrovascular accident; 3.Estimated ICU stay time >= 7 days. Note:(1)Multiple injuries: injuries of two or more anatomical parts or organs of the body, of which at least one injury can be life-threatening; (2)Postoperative infection in general surgery: clear history of general surgery, pathogenic bacteria cultured in postoperative sputum, blood or drainage fluid or highly suspected pathogenic bacteria, and use restricted antibiotics to control infection. (3)Cerebrovascular accident: including cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. Glasgow score < 9.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI<=18kg/m^2; 2.Pregnancy, end-stage disease status; 3.Fracture or postoperative of both upper limbs; 4.Previous neuromuscular diseases.
