Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.At least 18 years old; 2.Kessler Psychological Distress Scale > 21; 3.Access to the Internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with insufficient Chinese ability; 2.Subjects who have participated in mindfulness based projects for more than 6 weeks before, and / or the current frequency of meditation practice is more than once a week; 3.Patients with schizophrenia or psychotic affective disorder, current organic mental disorder, substance abuse disorder and generalized developmental disorder; 4.Risk of self-harm and suicide.
