Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The onset time of acute ischemic stroke is less than 7 days; 2.Aged 18 to 80 years; 3.Patients who agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The mRS score before the onset was> 2 points; 2.Patients with moderate to severe mental disorders and dementia; 3.Neurological deficits caused by migraine aura, epilepsy and other non-ischemic strokes; 4.Impaired consciousness (NIHSS score) la Level of consciousness item score>1Points) or patients who cannot cooperate with imaging examination due to restlessness.
