60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 to 75 years; 2.Unilateral total knee replacement was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Rheumatoid arthritis; 2.Whirlbone necrosis; 3.Periarticular fracture; 4.Immunotherapy or analgesic therapy was performed within 4 weeks; 5.Infection; 6.Neuropathic arthropathy; 7.Acromegaly; 8.Osteochondromatosis; 9.Arthroscopic knee surgery within the previous 12 months; 10.Intra articular injection or systemic (oral, intravenous, or intramuscular) steroid within the previous 6 months.
