Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with PFA ependymoma (H3K27me3 (-)) of posterior fossa confirmed by postoperative pathological diagnosis in tertiary A hospitals in China must be enrolled, aged 0 to 18 years; 2.Diagnostic images (preoperative and postoperative) must be included in the clinical experimental database of PFA ependymoma in the Neurosurgery Department of Fudan University Pediatric Hospital for evaluation; 3.The enrolled children and their guardians could understand and accept follow-up; 4.At the time of enrollment evaluation, the children should be satisfied that they have been 1 month or more after surgery, their vital signs and general conditions are stable, conscious, and have self-swallowing function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with unstable vital signs, endotracheal intubation, dysphagia and involuntary consciousness should be excluded from the experimental group; 2.There is no evidence of recurrence or metastasis 5 years after surgery; 3.Clinically, children with serious systemic diseases unrelated to tumor (such as severe infection, severe failure of cardiovascular system, respiratory system, liver or other organs) cannot safely take targeted drugs.
