Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Premenopausal women over 18 years old; 2.Maximum diameter of myoma >= 5cm and <=10cm; 3.The ultrasound was able to clearly show the location of the uterine fibroid; 4.Preoperative magnetic resonance imaging showed the myoma was hypersignal T2WI; 5.The patient agreed to participate in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The number of target uterine fibroid is more than 2; 2.Women with the presence of a concomitant adenomyosis; 3.Power Doppler can not clearly show the blood flow signal of the blood supply artery of the uterine fibroid; 4.Women with contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging.
