Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I-IV; 2.Cardiac function grade III and below (NYHA cardiac function grade); 3.Age >=18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe coagulation disorder; 2.Contraindications for nerve block; 3.Hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine and ropivacaine; 4.Long-term opioid use.
