Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Premenopausal women over 18 years old; 2.Maximum diameter of myoma >= 5cm and <= 10cm; 3.MRI before and within 1 week after HIFU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women with the presence of a concomitant adenomyosis; 2.Women who had a history of HIFU; 3.Women with uncontrolled systemic disease; 4.Women with contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging.
