Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 30 to 80 years; 2.PD group: (1)The clinical diagnosis meets the clinically confirmed PD patients in the Parkinsons disease diagnostic criteria established by the International Society for Movement Disorders (MDS) in 2015 or the PET examination meets the imaging manifestations of typical Parkinson's disease; (2)The revised Hoehn-Yahr classification is 1-2; 3.Healthy control group: healthy control group matched by age and sex; 4.Agree to provide saliva samples and be able to cooperate in completing all clinical evaluations; 5.The patient himself and/or his legal guardian agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Various secondary Parkinsons syndromes (including but not limited to drug-induced, poisoning, cerebrovascular disease, encephalitis, hydrocephalus, brain tumors, Wilson disease, Huntingtons chorea, Fahrs disease, etc.), Parkinsons disease Superimposed syndrome (multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, cortical basal ganglia syndrome, dementia with Lewy bodies); 2.Being combined with oral and periodontal diseases; 3.Being combined with mumps and other related diseases that affect saliva secretion; 4.Severe lung, liver, kidney, immune system and blood system diseases; 5.With endocrine and metabolic diseases; 6.Severe cognitive impairment or mental symptoms (cognitive status MMSE score <18 points).
