Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years old; 2.Symptoms of neurological deficits caused by acute cerebrovascular accidents, symptoms occurring within 6 hours; 3.Head CT or MRI examination to rule out cerebral hemorrhage; 4.Pass the emergency green channel and record the detailed time node.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute cerebrovascular accident in the hospital and out-of-hospital referral; 2.Bridging surgery after intravenous thrombolysis; 3.Hospitalization time <3 days; 4.Complicated with severe infection, immunosuppressive therapy, multiple organ failure, blood system disease, major surgery, trauma, autoimmune disease.
