Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients, aged > 18 years; 2. There was exudative lesions in the lung; 3. Etiological evidence was available in the follow-up; 4. Be able to communicate in language or written, agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent, and have the ability to complete the test related examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Positive for HIV or AIDS.
