Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The imaging manifestations are focal, round-like, dense, solid or subsolid lung shadows 14 years old and < 65 years old, regardless of gender; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia risk classification <= Grade III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking index >= 400 cigarettes/year; 2. Combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma; 3. Combined with severe lung infection; 4. Combined with abnormal coagulation function, bleeding tendency or female patients are in menstruation; 5. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. For multiple lung nodules, consider intrapulmonary metastasis or metastasis of extrapulmonary organs; 7. After radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy; 8. Thickening of the pleura caused by various reasons, and severe thoracic adhesions are suspected.
