18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 70 years (male or female); 2.Insomnia diagnosed in accordance with the 2017 Edition of Chinese Guidelines for The Diagnosis and Treatment of Insomnia; 3.PSQI score > 5; 4.Chronic hepatitis B diagnosed according to the 2019 Edition of the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of chronic hepatitis B; 5.Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form; 6.Have not taken sedative and tranquilizer drugs or long-term use of sedative and tranquilizer drugs is ineffective and the drug has been stopped for more than 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have superinfections such as hepatitis A and C; 2.Patients who have liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, and those who are in critical condition; 4.Patients who have muscle and bone diseases are not suitable for Baduanjin practice; 5.Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory, and nervous system diseases; 6.Insomnia caused by other organic diseases or taking psychotropic drugs; 7.Participating or planning to participate in other exercise programs (such as Tai Chi or Wu Qin Xi).
