Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Fracture of femoral neck and surgical intervention of FNS. AO type is 31-B; 2.Older than 18 years of age, regardless of gender; 3.Patients who were able to walk independently or with assistance before injury and did not show any impairment of consciousness; 4.Follow-up was over 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures; 2.There are risk factors that induce avascular necrosis of the femoral head or fracture nonunion, such as high-dose hormone application, long-term alcoholism, long-term smoking); 3.Post-operative infection; 4.Old femoral neck fracture; 5.Combined with severe ipsilateral lower extremity fractures.
