Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.POAG is defined by basic surgical field of vision as (1)glaucoma neuropathology (GON); (2)characteristic field defects on the Humphrey field analyzer; (3) pre-ventricular Angle opening through GONIOSCOPY; (4)increased IOP> 21 mm HG of Goldmann Applanation Tonometer; 2.Pulmonary mite neuropathy (GON) is diagnosed if the cup/plate asymmetry > 0.2 is between the eye, marginal dilution, excision, excavation, excavation, or retinal nerve fibrous layer defects; 3.Characteristic fossil nodular visual field defects are the nasal cavity on the Bjerrum, Seidel, sub-detector or Humphrey visual field, in which clusters of 3 or more adjacent points suppress > 5dB or 2 adjacent points suppress > 10 dB.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subject has active eye infection or inflammation in either eye, such as active trachoma or endophthalmitis; 2.Subjects have eyelid or skin inflammation around the eyes, such as anterior blepharitis, atopic dermatitis, rosacea, spring catarrh conjunctivitis, etc.; 3.The subjects have eyelid abnormalities, such as entropion, ectropion, eyelid tumor, eyelid insufficiency, severe trichiasis, severe ptosis, etc.; 4.Subjects have previous severe corneal lesions, such as corneal chemical injury and corneal malnutrition; 5.Subjects have a history of eye surgery or trauma within 3 months prior to the examination; 6.The investigator judged that the subject could not comply with the study requirements.
