Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Consistent with the diagnostic criteria for Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis; 2.Patients with age>= 18 years old, and stay in ICU> 24h; 3.Patients and their families informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with restlessness; 2.Patients with primary skin lesions and damaged skin in local damaged skin; 3.Patients with oxygen allergy; 4.Patients with fracture of both lower limbs and pelvis.
