Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Autistic children (1)Meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism; (2)Aged 7 to 12 years; (3)Able to follow instructions. 2.Parents (1)The parents are the primary caregivers for the autistic children in the study, one for each; (2)Provide not less than 1 year of child care; (3)Ability to understand dialogue, interact, understand and communicate; (4)Willing to participate and cooperate in research work. 3.Teachers (1)At school, teachers are the primary caregivers for volunteers with autistic children; (2)Care is provided for at least one semester; (3)Ability to understand dialogue, interact, understand, and communicate; (4)Willing to participate and cooperate in research work.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Autistic children Volunteers (1)Contraindications of TTM, such as hematological disorders, open wound, fractures, arthritis, joint dislocation, fevers, cardiovascular, and pulmonary diseases; (2)A history of meningitis, encephalitis, brain injury, or other potentially encephalopathic illness; (3)A history of cardiac disease; (4)Psychoactive medication; (5)Other specialized interventions will be accepted during the experiment; (6)Have received systematic massage therapy. 2.Parent volunteers (1)Parents cannot attend all courses in Thai massage theory and practice; (2)Serious hearing or vision problems are diagnosed by a doctor. 3.Teacher volunteers There is insufficient time to complete the assessment.
