Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The first onset was accompanied by limb dysfunction and unilateral hemiplegia; 2.The condition is stable, the patient's course of disease does not exceed 1 year; 3.Aged 30 to 79 years; 4.The affected hand was assessed at stage II-VI by Brunnstrom staging; 5.Sitting balance >= 1 grade, can maintain sitting >= 10 min; 6.Good compliance, with the treatment; 7.Know about the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable vital signs; 2.Patients with severe important organ disease, myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension and other complications; 3.Patients with mental diseases that cannot be controlled by drugs; 4.Patients with upper limb loss or musculoskeletal system diseases; 5.Patients receiving other central intervention measures during the study; 6.Inability to receive normal treatment due to impairment of consciousness, vision or hearing.
