Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients in outpatients of our hospital, course of disease <=1 year; 2.Body mass index of 28kg/m^2; 3.Patients with normal thyroid function and treated with GLP-1a.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of thyroid related diseases, such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroid cancer and postoperative thyroid surgery; 2.Taking drugs that interfere with thyroid hormone (including glucocorticoid, levothyroxine sodium, antithyroid drugs, etc.) in the last 1 month; 3.Combined pregnancy or lactation; 4.Acute complications associated with diabetes mellitus; 5.Have a history of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic kidney disease and liver function impairment; 6.Sexually transmitted diseases such as viral hepatitis, AIDS and syphilis, and tuberculosis and other infectious diseases are in active stage; 7.History of malignant tumor; 8.Drug addicts.
