Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction was diagnosed by head CT or MRI, the course of disease was 6; 4. The diagnostic criteria for Knee hyperextension c onform to Loudon knee, and the ability to walk with knee hyperextension gait; 5. Patient's holden functional walking grade >= I grade but < grade V; 6. Consciousness, stable vital signs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases and endocrine system and other serious primary diseases; 2. Combined with lower extremity musculoskeletal system diseases, such as knee arthritis, femoral head fracture, etc., which affect walking function; 3. Combined with other nerves Systemic diseases or damages such as Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, peripheral neuropathy, etc.; 4. Patients who cannot cooperate with acupuncture treatment.
