Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and cerebral hemorrhage in the Key Points of Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China as approved by the Consensus Expert Committee of the Guidelines of Cerebrovascular Group of Chinese Society of Neurology and Chinese Society of Neurology 2019, confirmed by brain CT or/and MRI imaging examination; 2.The first onset is accompanied by limb dysfunction, and unilateral hemiplegia; 3.The condition is stable, and the course of the disease does not exceed 1 year; 4.Aged 40 to 78 years; 5.The lower limbs are in stage II-V by Brunnstrom staging assessment; 6.Can stand alone for 10 seconds without any external assistance; 7.The dominant side of the lower limbs is the right side, and right-handed; 8.Know the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable vital signs; 2.Patients with severe important organ disease, myocardial infarction, uncontrolled hypertension and other complications; 3.Patients with mental diseases that cannot be controlled by drugs; 4.Patients with lower limb loss or musculoskeletal system diseases; 5.Patients with unilateral spatial neglect; 6.Patients with cerebellar injury. 7.Consciousness, hearing and visual disorders.
