Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with single-segment LSS at L4 and 5 need surgical intervention after at least 6 months of conservative treatment; 2.MIS-TLIF and TLIF surgery were performed; 3.The main outcome measures included intervertebral height, lumbar motion, lumbar function, and pain improvement; 4.Retrospective case analysis was performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other neurological and spinal diseases (such as scoliosis, spinal fracture, spinal infection, spinal trauma, spinal tumor, rheumatism, myogenic diseases, pelvic and lower limb diseases, etc.) that affect the follow-up results; 2.Patients with a history of spine and limb surgery; 3.Patients with missing imaging data.
