Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients >=60 years of age receiving mechanical ventilation through endotracheal intubation or tracheotomy; 2.It is expected to receive mechanical ventilation for more than 48 hours; 3.Pneumonia was excluded by chest radiographs or CHEST CT within 48 hours before enrollment; 4.Inform consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Terminal stage of disease, estimated survival 8 days).
