18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inpatients aged 18 to 80 years; 2.This is a 5-9mm diameter polyp with no pedicle, subti, or flat polyp (Paris classification: 0-Is, 0-Isp, 0-IIa); 3.Patients who agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients taking antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs, or those with coagulation dysfunction (PT prolongation greater than 3S); 2.Polyp diameter >= 10mm, inconsistent shape or JNET classification >= type 2B; 3.Serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or mental illness; 4.Intestinal obstruction and inflammatory bowel disease, in line with the diagnosis of Lynch syndrome and FAP; 5.Pregnancy; 6.Unqualified intestinal preparation (BBPS < 6 points).
