Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of this disease; 2.Patients aged 4 to 16 years; 3.The total score of tic symptoms in the Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) is higher than 25 points; 4.The children and their legal guardians sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with epilepsy or electroencephalograph examinations with epileptic discharge, and other mental disorders; 2.Received drug or acupuncture treatment for tourette syndrome 1 month before enrollment; 3.Bleeding tendency; 4.Allergy to needles or related drugs; 5.Children with heart, liver, kidney and other system diseases.
