Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Han nationality, male/female; 2.Aged 18 to 30 years; 3.BMI between 18.5 and 28; 4.The experiment period is guaranteed to be in Shanghai; 5.Good health, no chronic disease or allergic disease; 6.Comply with laboratory requirements and have regular medical examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Former smoker (total number of cigarettes smoked in the past >=100 and has quit smoking at present), smoker (defined as total number of cigarettes smoked in the past >=100 and has not quit smoking at present), or people who live or work with smokers); 2.Alcoholic (defined as having an average of more than 3 drinks per day, or being unable to tolerate more than 3 days without alcohol); 3.Long-term use of medicines/health products, including but not limited to fish oil, vitamins, protein powder, calcium tablets, etc.; 4.Abnormal blood routine and biochemical indexes of liver function; 5.Allergies; 6.Chronic diseases diagnosed by doctors, including but not limited to hypertension, hyperlidemia, diabetes, chronic hepatitis, chronic nephritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.
