65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.80 surgical patients (>=65 years, ASA I-III) requiring invasive arterial access were selected; 2.The patient agrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal modified Allen test; 2.Coagulation dysfunction; 3.Hand/wrist operation; 4.History of forearm surgery; 5.Infections at the puncture site; 6.ASA >=IV; 7.Morbid obesity; 8.Raynaud disease; 9.Peripheral vascular disease.
