Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with lung tumors; 2.Patients who are planning to undergo elective thoracoscopic surgery at the National Cancer Center/Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from September 2021 to August 2022.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative fever: The body temperature of the axilla on the day before surgery> 37.5 degree C; 2.Patients with lung ventilation dysfunction before surgery; 3.Patients with lung infection, bronchial asthma or airway hyperresponsiveness before surgery; 4.Previous thoracic surgery history; 5.Cardiac function above grade II; 6.Preoperative congenital heart disease, valvular disease, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia; 7.Central nervous system disease, history of stroke; 8.Combined with liver insufficiency and renal insufficiency; 9.History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation; 10.History of long-term chronic pain before operation; 11.Patients who have taken analgesics within 3 months before operation.
