Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.General anesthesia patients during laparoscopic cholecystectomy (Han nationality) who have lived for a long time (> 1 year) in local (Diqing and Shanghai), Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefectural Peoples Hospital (average altitude 3300m) and Ruijin Hospital (average altitude 4m); 2.Aged 30 to 50 years (the average life expectancy of Diqing is 62 years old), regardless of gender; 3.ASA grade I-II, patients undergoing LC surgery under general anesthesia; 4.Sign the informed consent form, promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI >32 or < 16; 2.Pregnant; 3.Patients with previous diseases of cardiovascular system, respiratory system, nervous system, blood system or metabolic system; 4.Patients with previous propofol allergy; 5.Previous history of mental illness.
