Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; It was confirmed by cranial CT; 2.Patients with the first stroke; 3.Aged 55 to 80 years; 4.The onset was 2 weeks to 2 months; 5.Stable vital signs and able to complete 50 minutes of training; 6.The maximum sound time MPT = grade 4; 9.MMSE>=24 points; 10.Patients who agree to sign the Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, complicated with acute diseases of the heart, brain, kidney and other organs; 2.Congenital chest malformation, rib fracture and other orthopedic or spinal disease history, chest or abdominal surgery history; 3.Other neurological diseases that may affect respiratory muscles; 4.Patients with consciousness disorder, cognitive dysfunction and mental disorder; 5.Patients with severe dysarthria, severe dysphagia and severe aphasia; 6.Physical strength can not tolerate 50 minutes of training; 7.Subjects who have recently participated in other similar research projects.
