Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Conform the diagnostic criteria of tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii; 2.All the patients have anterior shoulder pain. The range of motion and strength of the affected limb decrease compared with the unaffected limb. The tenderness pain at intertubercular sulcus is obvious when the forearm is in the position of supination and in the motion of resisted elbow flexion. Yergason test is positive; 3.No other treatment, including drug and physical therapy, has been carried out at the treatment site within 2 weeks; 4.Informed and agreed to participate in the study, and can cooperate to complete the follow-up visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have serious adhesive capsulitis, fracture around shoulder joint or other bone and joint injury of the shoulder; 2.Patients with acute attack of severe internal medical disease, local skin infection, coagulation dysfunction and fever; 3.Taking hormones or immunosuppressants for a long time due to autoimmune diseases or other reasons; 4.Patient with ESWT treatment contraindications and KT allergy.
