Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure in the "Chinese Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018" and have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure by cardiovascular specialists; 2.New York Heart Association (NYHA) Heart Function Classification II~IV, currently or Previous symptoms of heart failure; 3.Aged >=18 years old; 4.Clearly aware, able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of the researcher; 5.Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in the survey; 6.Patients who need to take diuretics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are unable to express and communicate with each other due to various reasons; 2.Patients who are impaired or unable to take care of themselves due to various reasons; 3.Unstable condition, not suitable for investigators; 4.Long-term hospitalization (hospitalization lasting more than one month) or living in an elderly care institution.
