Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who was diagnosed as CD in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 and meet the following criteria : 1.Meet the consensus opinions of the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in China; 2.Received at least three times of anti-TNF treatments; 3.Small intestine CT three-dimensional examination was completed before the first anti-TNF treatment; 4.Efficacy evaluation data of anti-TNF preparation for at least 14 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have received intestinal surgery before; 2.Pregnancy; 3.Not receiving standard anti-TNF treatment; 4.Lack of efficacy evaluation data; 5.History of cancer; 6.In a state of severe infection (based on the clinical judgment of the doctor).
