30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 years and above, hope that bilateral motor symptoms can be treated, and receive the treatment plan for the other side at the 6th month; 2. Clinically diagnosed as primary Parkinson's disease and confirmed by functional neurosurgery experts; 3. Subjects should respond to levodopa: defined as at least a 30% improvement in the MDS-UPDRS Part III scale in both on and off states; 4. Subject's MDS-UPDRS score of 30 or above in the off-period state.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject scored 3 or more on the pullback test (MDS-UPDRS Part III question 3.12); 2. Subjects with severe cognitive impairment determined by neuropsychologists; 3. The subject is suspected of other central neurodegenerative diseases in the neurological examination; 4. Subjects with unstable mental illness, defined as active, uncontrolled depressive symptoms, schizophrenia, delusions, hallucinations, or suicidal ideation.
