Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There were 80 patients who underwent thoracoscopic pneumonectomy and one lung ventilation, 40 on the left and 40 on the right (lobectomy, segmental pneumonectomy, wedge pneumonectomy, etc.), aged >=18 years, ASA grade I-II, normal right ventricular function, normal left ventricular systolic function (ejection fraction >= 55%), normal diastolic function or slight damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intracranial hypertension, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, coronary heart disease, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
