18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be at least 18 years old; 2. Celiac fibromatosis with histological evidence and a familial history of adenomatous polyposis; 3. Progression of celiac fibromatosis was confirmed by two radiographic assessments within 6 month (according to RECIST 1.1); 4. Measurable lesions (according to RECIST 1.1); 5. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) PS score 0 or 1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other malignant tumors that still need to be treated within 30 days before enrollment; 2. Prior treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) drugs (such as anlotinib, regogfinib, sorafenib, etc.); 3. Severely infected persons requiring control of antibiotics, antivirals or antifungals; 4. A history of immunodeficiency, including HIV seropositivity, other acquired or congenital immunodeficiency diseases, or a history of organ transplantation; 5. Other conditions considered by the researcher not suitable for inclusion.
