Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: Patients with urinary calculi who visited the Department of Urology, Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from October 2019 to September 2021 were selected. Inform the experimental content and sign the relevant informed consent. Diagnosis and inclusion criteria: (1) Through medical history and physical examination: ask patients about pain and hematuria related to activities, such as typical renal colic. Ask the patient whether there is a history of stones or family history, including urogenital diseases or anatomical abnormalities; (2) Laboratory tests: blood analysis, urinalysis, etc.; (3) Imaging examinations: Urinary ultrasound, KUB, or CT examination results show patients with urinary calculi. 2. Control group: healthy people from the routine physical examination center of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University during the same time period, who were diagnosed to exclude urinary calculi and selected as the normal healthy control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Those with urinary tract infection or congenital malformation of urinary system; 2. There may be high oxidative stress diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy or lactation, acute/chronic renal failure, hypertensive nephropathy, chronic pyelonephritis or other inflammations) and other patients); 3. Those who have taken antioxidants two months before entering the study; 4. Those with obvious mental illness or obvious central nervous system disorder. Control group: 1. Those who are unwilling to sign written informed consent and unwilling to undergo physical examination; 2. Those with other urinary tract diseases, renal insufficiency, nephrotic syndrome and other physical examinations; 3. Those who have suffered from calculi and have been excluded from in vitro physical examination; 4. Tumor patients and those with family history of tumor for physical examination.
