Gold Standard:1. Death occurs in the jaw, and the exposure time lasts for more than 8 weeks
2. Are or have been receiving bisphosphonate treatment
3. The jaw has not received radiation therapy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Death occurs in the jaw, and the exposure time lasts for more than 8 weeks; 2. Are or have been receiving bisphosphonate treatment; 3. The jaw has not received radiation therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those patients with developmental maxillofacial anomalies, previous radiation in the head and neck area, jaw bone tumors, were excluded from the study. Patients with hepatic diseases and fibrotic disorders were also excluded because of their possible impacts on serum COLIA1 level or other indicators.
