Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2. Melasma patients with bilateral symmetrical skin lesions on the face; 3. The condition is stable in the last 3 months; 4. Give informed consent to the study and sign informed consent; 5. Patients who have good compliance and can regularly attend follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received treatment in the past six months (including systemic medication, external medication, chemical peeling, photoelectric therapy, etc.); 2. Outdoor workers who have been exposed to the sun in the past 3 months or have been exposed to sunlight for a long time; 3. During pregnancy, lactation, or pregnancy; 4. Severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, blood and other systemic diseases and immunodeficiency, asthma patients; 5. There are any facial skin diseases (such as combined scars, acne, eczema, allergic dermatitis, etc.) that affect the diagnosis and/or severity judgment of chloasma, or other pigmented diseases (such as zygomatic brown-blue nevus, vitiligo, etc.) , Riehl melanosis, etc.); 6. Light sensitivity; 7. Those who are allergic to any of the ingredients in Yang-Azelaic Acid Cleansing Acne Cream; 8. Those who cannot avoid sunlight and sun protection after surgery; 9. Patients judged by other investigators to be inappropriate to participate.
