Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 55-85 years; 2. Those who were diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease by the hospital were divided into mild dementia group and severe dementia group according to CDR score; 3. Have a clear mind and be able to cooperate to complete the entire test; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of traumatic brain injury, cerebrovascular disease and other organic brain diseases; 2. Have a history of drug abuse or dependence; 3. Vascular dementia, mixed dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, Parkinson's dementia, paralytic dementia and other dementias; 4. History of mental disorders such as schizophrenia, senile depression, etc.; 5. Combined with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood, endocrine and tumor diseases.
