Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with bilateral gastrocnemius hypertrophy; 2. The subcutaneous fat of the calf is less than 10mm in the pinch test; 3. No history of calf surgery; 4. BMI is in the normal range; 5. All patients gave informed consent and voluntarily accepted minimally invasive injection therapy, and could insist on timed review and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. Any disease known to be associated with calf muscle hypertrophy; 3. Calf lesions suspected to be malignant tumors; 4. Past history of hypertrophic scars or keloids; 5. Skin infections in the calf area, diseases of the blood system, nervous system, immune system, coagulation disorders, history of mental illness, pregnant and lactating women, communication disorders, poor cooperation and contraindications to corresponding surgery.
