18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years, no gender limitation; 2. Patients with tumor whose clinical stage was stage IV and could not be radically resected. 3. No previous chemotherapy; 4. Quality of Life Score (KPS Score) >= 60; 5. The expected survival time is more than 6 months; 6. Good compliance; informed consent was signed before enrollment; 7. Patients agree not to participate in other intervention studies during treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with clear targeted therapy after genetic testing; 2. Combined with other primary malignant tumors; 3. Combined with severe cardiovascular system complications, cerebrovascular system complications, active hepatitis, severe abnormal liver and kidney function, etc., and cannot tolerate chemotherapy; 4. Those who have severe bleeding tendency and cannot use bevacizumab; 5. Patients receiving other immunotherapy; 6. Those who are allergic to the test drug; 7. Women during lactation and pregnancy; 8. Patients with severe mental illness or cachexia; 9. Other Chinese patent medicines with anti-tumor and immunity-enhancing properties have been used in the past.
