Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China" (2017 edition) and WHO diagnostic criteria (1999 edition); 3. Before entering the group, simply take metformin as a hypoglycemic drug; after a stable dose of metformin single drug (>= 1500mg/day or the maximum tolerated dose, but the maximum tolerated dose should not be less than 1000mg/day) treatment for at least 8 weeks; 4. 7.5% <= HbA1c <=11%; 5. Did not use probiotics or antibiotics within 4 weeks before enrollment; 8. Have not participated in other clinical trials in the past three months; 6. Agree to not participate in any clinical research of any other project in this trial research; agree to participate in this trial and sign a written informed consent form; 7. The patient can provide detailed contact information and is willing to cooperate with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, brain, kidney and hematopoietic system, critically ill, malignant tumors; 2. Patients with acute metabolic disorders such as diabetic ketoacidosis and co-infection in the past month; 3. Severe mental disorders, hysteria; 4. Pregnant or lactating women and those who may be allergic to this drug; 5. Contraindications to metformin hydrochloride tablets. 6. With serious diabetic complications, such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot, etc..
