Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The ADHD children group visited the outpatient department of Children's Health Department of Soochow University Children's Hospital from June 2021 to October 2021 due to inattentiveness, hyperactivity or impulsiveness, and learning problems. Children and adolescents with dyskinesia criteria. The BMI percentile is required to be between P5-P85; 2. The obese group is a patient who visits an obesity clinic. Obesity caused by organic diseases has been excluded, and the diagnosis of ADHD has been excluded. The BMI percentile is required to be greater than or equal to P95; 3. ADHD comorbid obesity group: those who meet the diagnosis of ADHD and obesity; 4. Healthy controls were recruited in a nine-year school in Suzhou, with basic information such as age, gender, and family status matched with each research group, excluding ADHD and obesity; 5. Other entry conditions for the above groups of samples: age 6 to 12 years old; gender is not limited; IQ>85.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with neuropsychiatric disorders; chronic organic diseases; endocrine, genetic, and metabolic diseases; those who had previously received ADHD treatment and long-term pharmacological treatment.
