Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary participation and written informed consent; 2. There is no age limit for adults; 3. According to the classification of osteoarthritis, at least one knee joint has primary knee osteoarthritis; 4. The patient's general condition is good, and there are no serious complications such as organ and blood system diseases; 5. During the trial, patients used smartphones and WeChat apps and were willing to answer calls in a timely manner.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to accept leg swing exercise or walking exercise; 2. Patients with joint dystrophy, infected joints, rheumatoid arthritis, osteonecrosis, cruciate ligament injury or post-traumatic arthritis; 3. History of hip or knee replacement or tibial osteotomy; 4. 1 month orally or 3 months knee joint injection of corticosteroids; 5. Neurological or psychiatric disorders affecting cognitive ability; 6. Women who are pregnant, are planning to become pregnant in the near future, or are breastfeeding; 7. Patients who do not accept randomly assigned treatment plans and do not follow doctor's advice; 8. Body mass index of 36kg/m2 and above.
