Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with PCL III degree injury with unstable symptoms; 2. Those with positive drawer test after physical examination; 3. MRI suggests that the continuity of PCL is interrupted; 4. Follow-up time >= 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with ACL injury; 2. Patients with severe osteoarthritis; 3. The epiphysis has not been closed; 4. Combined with popliteal fossa blood vessel and nerve injury; 5. Patients with knee stiffness before surgery.
