Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal cancer was diagnosed by preoperative fiberoptic colonoscopy biopsy; 2. Visceral fat area (VFA)>= 130cm2 (male)/90cm2 (female); 3. There is no clear contraindication to surgery; 4. No distant metastasis is determined by ultrasound, CT, PET-CT and other examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those undergoing emergency surgery due to intestinal obstruction, perforation, or bleeding due to tumor; 2. Postoperative pathology is not in line with cancer (such as stromal tumor, lymphoma, etc.); 3. Those who do not have a fixed sexual partner or who have urination and sexual dysfunction before surgery cannot participate in the questionnaire; 4. Received adjuvant therapy such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; 5. Incomplete clinical data or incomplete or incomplete follow-up results.
