Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease and undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. Great saphenous vein and internal mammary artery were used as graft vessels; 3. Those who have no history of allergy to the drugs involved in this study; 4. Aspirin was stopped 5 ~ 7 days before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic diseases of other systems; 2. Those with coagulation dysfunction or bleeding tendency; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Those who have recently undergone other types of heart surgery.
